Custom Fabrication Form

All custom fabrications require 75% deposit before production can begin. Remaining 25% due upon pick up or shipping date. Fabrication will only begin once payment is received.

Rush fabrications due in 14 days or less require full payment before fabrication can begin.

All sales final. No pos or net 15/30. Only cc, direct deposit, or checks.
